Cork is long established as THE food county of Ireland and Kinsale its gourmet capital, with its renowned restaurateurs, growers, makers, fishing and farming traditions.

We are surrounded by the most wonderful productive land and seascapes  - as you’ll see as you drive along our country roads - and an equally wonderful range of artisan food producers. Together they make up the magic that is our exceptional breakfast. Breakfast is very important at Perryville and believe us, is well worth getting up for! We are firm believers in Slow Food so we take great care and pride in making, baking and cooking everything ourselves from scratch each day. We keep our own honey bees so there is always a fresh honeycomb on the sideboard.

As a family, we are passionate about the quality of food we consume and only use the very best, locally-sourced food in our kitchen. It is not unusual for our guests to pass our lovely butcher John Barrett as he delivers his home-cured bacon and sausages; Siobhan arriving with trays of fresh farm eggs or Frank delivering his ultra-creamy yoghurt, milk and fresh, golden butter from Glenilen Farm. We are forever grateful to our great suppliers who nourish us and our guests so well. 

We offer an exceptional choice for all tastes and requirements; Breakfast is served in the Breakfast Room each morning from 7am-10am.
