As a food-focused family, we exclusively use locally-sourced, high-quality ingredients. Our trusted suppliers, like John Barrett for bacon and sausages, Michael for farm-fresh eggs, and Frank for dairy products from Glenilen Farm, play a vital role in our culinary offerings.

We offer a diverse selection to cater to all tastes and dietary preferences, serving breakfast in our Breakfast Room every morning from 7am to 10am.
