Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your booking of any room provided by Perryville House. By visiting and/or using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them, and you warrant to us that you possess the legal authority to agree to these Terms and use our site. Therefore, if you do not agree to these Terms, or do not have the appropriate legal authority so to do, you must not use our site.

RATES
Rates are quoted and charged in EUR inclusive of VAT at the current rates of 13.5%. Rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. Special offers and certain periods may be subject to minimum stay requirements. All bedroom rates include breakfast.

BOOKINGS
To make a booking you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you to secure the booking.

CANCELLATIONS
We require 14 days’ notice of cancellation or changing reservation. Cancellation within that time or no shows will be charged in full.

Prepayment:
To confirm all reservations, full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
The total balance for the stay will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Voucher bearer:
Please note your voucher number within your reservation or contact us directly to avoid any card charges.

For group bookings of 4 or more rooms, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking applies if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. All deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable.

We advise you take out travel insurance.

To cancel your booking please contact us directly on +353 21 4772731 or email us sales@perryvillehouse.com quoting the Booking Reference Number issued with your confirmation. If you have booked via a third party, you must cancel directly with them.

LIABILITY
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Perryville House does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of products.
